International bird watching days EuroBirdwatch has been organized by BirdLife International since 1993. Over thirty years, 1.3 million people in Europe and Central Asia have taken part in birding days and have seen a total of 96 million birds. The purpose of observation days is to draw people's attention to migratory birds, their needs and the lurking dangers on migration routes.

This year, the observation days will be held for the 30th time, and residents of 33 European and Central Asian countries will take part in them. In Estonia, bird watching days are coordinated by the Estonian Ornithological Society.

Information on the places and times of observation in Estonia can be found on the Google Maps MAP.
