The event manager has assured locals they will still be able to access their homes and vice versa; however, waiting time could be up to half an hour. If that is you, pace yourself with patience.
The primary time for the athletes to be on the roads will be 8 am until 3 pm. This time slot is the time to take extra care. Traffic regulators will be in place to manage the crossing of the roads as well as vehicle access.
On Saturday, August the 6th, from 6.30 am until 5.30 pm, and Sunday, August the 7th, due to the IRONMAN Tallinn Tallinn, the largest city and capital of Estonia (population 440 000). cycling course Kalaranna, Tööstuse(Kalaranna-Kopli) Sitsi street, Sõle street (Sitsi-Kopli), Pelguranna, Lahepea(sidewalk), Paldiski mnt(the section between Lahepea-Tähetorni) will be closed. The road is open between the two days.
On Saturday, August the 6th and 7th, the running distance closes the traffic from 9 am.
From 9 am on August the 6th until midnight, and on August the 7th from 10.10 am until 7 pm, the streets Kalaranna, Kalasadama, Põhja pst (the section between Kursi-Kalasadama), Väike-Rannavärava, Kanuti, Aia and Suurtüki will be closed.
Pikaliiva street and Sõudebaasi road are closed to traffic from Friday to Sunday.
On Saturday, trams 1 and 2 will not be in service from 11 am until 5.15 pm.
On Sunday, trams 1 and 2 will not be in service from 11.50 am until 3.45 pm.
From Friday until Sunday, bus no 62 will not be in service, and bus numbers 2, 3, 20A, 21, 21B, 27, 33, 36, 37, 40, 41, 41B, 59, 61, 66, and 73 will drive a redirected route.
