The average gross salary in the labor market has risen by 9% compared to last year.
The statistics of CVkeskus.ee show income was between 1316 and 1775 euros for the first half of the year in 2021. Compared to 2019, the earnings have gone up by 25% within the last three years.
In the first half of 2022, the average salary offered to top specialists and supervisors was 1,853 - 2,553 euros. The average salary for mid-level specialists and office workers was 1,540 - 2,232 euros. Skilled and professional workers' salary was 1,370 - 1,838 euros. Salaries for service and sales workers began from 997 euros and could reach up to 1,254 euros.
The salary increase has happened in all occupational groups. The highest, 13% wage rise, has occurred in offers for skilled and support workers, professionals, and specialist workers.
The highest payrolls show up to 10,000 euros of income. Top professionals in healthcare, sales, IT, real estate agents, and senior engineers could have gotten offers like this. In addition, construction and catering businesses invited employees to work abroad for a considerably higher salary than average.
"Salary is still one of the main factors influencing the application decision of contractors, and many applicants do not want to waste their time on job offers with incomplete salary information," said CVkeskus.ee marketing manager Henry Auväärt. He also noted that, on average, 63% more jobseekers applied to positions with apparent wage data.
These numbers show that disclosing the salary information on a job offer increases the number of possible employees applying for an open position. By offering remote work, besides the salary disclosure, the interest in application rose by 40%.
