Today, the citizens of the capital can submit an application form to get 100 euros worth of one-time support to buy a bike. Eligible are those who have gained a bicycle driver's license in 2022.

The "Bike to School" grant is up for grabs only if the child has a valid bicycle driver's license with the date of issue ending with the current year, 2022.Tõnis Savi, a traffic expert, has hinted that the bike infrastructure does not support a child traveling on a bike alone. He adds that he'd rather see the money put into bettering the infrastructure so that children would be safe while traveling. However, he agrees that at least it's better than nothing at all.
