Eesti Energia apologizes for sending a letter with incorrect data to some customers. The letter announced the early termination of favorable contracts.
Eesti Energia apologizes to customers. On Thursday, the 8th of September, Eesti Energia sent out 21,000 letters due to a human error. The letters may have contained the wrong language choice and contract end date. The company confirms that new letters will be sent out as soon as possible and with the right content.
Agnes Roos, a member of the board of Eesti Energia, says, "I sincerely apologize to the customers. It was a human error. We will do our best to avoid such mistakes in the future. We will send a new information letter to customers soon, and its language and data will be correct. Eesti Energia keeps its promise, and we do not unilaterally terminate customers' fixed-price packages prematurely."
