The state portal eesti.ee now has a newer, business-oriented environment where important company information and the most used services are gathered.

The website and self-service for entrepreneurs is a part of eesti.ee, which, in addition to the private person's view, brings together important information and services that an entrepreneur needs to do business with the state - from the material needed to establish a company to services used by company accountants to ensure the operation of the company.

The state portal is the only environment where disability sheets are currently transmitted, and the service also ranks highest in usage statistics. The page is also used for requests for company and person data, requests for vacation pay and average salary compensation, checking notarial documents and traffic insurance history and data.

When an eesti.ee user logs in to the entrepreneur's self-service, a new desktop opens for him, where the company's basic business data is concentrated, such as the name, registry code and field of activity code, the most used e-services and the company's obligations, including guidance information on the annual financial report, turnover declaration and the submission of reports.

After the transfer of all services to a newer environment in mid-December, the entrepreneur's self-service will also be supplemented with a data card, which contains references to basic activities and information intended for entrepreneurs in the country, among others obligations, financing options, statistics and network data for those going to foreign markets.

If currently there is universal information on the desktop that the company has to submit an annual financial report, in the near future the environment will already provide the entrepreneur with personal information, informing the entrepreneur based on himself.

The environment of the state portal eesti.ee has nearly 10 million visits per year, and state institutions deliver more than a million notifications to people through the state mailbox. In total, there are 85 services and 450 information articles on the page that direct people to the right institution or service.

The old entrepreneur's page closes on December 19.
