Estonia has a good education system that is based on the belief that high-quality education should be available for everybody. According to a PISA OECD international survey, Estonian students rank first in Europe for math, reading, and science. These PISA results also indicate that Estonia’s education system is effective and ensures equity. Another bit of good news is that Estonia's quality education is free, inclusive of free lunch at school, free textbooks, and complimentary supporting services as necessary.
There are some options available for children to learn in English, but if you plan to stay for longer and you wish to integrate your children into Estonian life, then it would be wise to put your children into the traditional Estonian education system, where they'll be afforded the opportunity to learn in Estonian.
